All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive nature of research-grade peptide materials and the strict quality control standards required to maintain product integrity, all sales made through Pinnacle Bio Supply are final.

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Our products are manufactured, stored, and shipped under controlled conditions. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored, handled, or transported in accordance with the required conditions. For this reason, returned products cannot be safely reintroduced into our inventory.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Pinnacle Bio Supply are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only.
They are not for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use.

By placing an order with Pinnacle Bio Supply, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

While returns are not accepted, we are committed to resolving issues related to fulfillment errors. Please contact our support team if you experience any of the following:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged during shipping
  • Your shipment is missing items

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

If the issue is verified, Pinnacle Bio Supply may provide a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Carrier Issues

If a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Pinnacle Bio Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
